well i think carter was actually better for the part of commander than weir, who was cool but wanted to fix everything with negotiating...even when they were being shot at. still, as long as Ronon is there, i shall continue watching. ;-)

im furious that they killed off beckett tho!! he was the best!! :cry:

Hey Everyone ive seen all of season 4 even know it has not even aired here in australia yet.
Plus ive also seen episode one of season 5.

I think Picardo (as Woolsey) is gonna be awesome as leader! He will work well with the often quite humorous aspect of the show. I thought Tapping was boring and underplayed. She could have done better but they didn't use her. I can't wait to see Woolsey 'man up' and become a more fleshed out character - if you think about it he has been part of the franchise for quite a while now. He's gonna be great, just give him a chance. I bet they'll kill him off or something in order to get Weir/Replicator Weir back though. If she doesn't turn evil.

I have to agree with "Danyel"
I have watched both SG-Atlantis and SG-1 and although l like it when the two mix up the charcters in some of the episodes, l dont like the fact that any of the characters have moved over to the other series.
I would much rather Wier be head of Atlantis, but l'm thinking we havent seen the last of her and her replicator friends.
As for Woolsey, l cant stand the little turd, and l'm not looking forward to any of his character in the up coming series.

the only reason i even bothered to watch sga was because they brought amanda tappings character sam on. if shes not on there is no point in watching it a all. they are gonna lose alot of fans with that move. i know i am gonna be one!

look actors are actors its how they act that makes it wacherble stargate sg1 was great went down towards the end but the films will make up for that atlantis is great good stoory proper planing and the actors act its the best ive seen all year wait till u c the twist then judge :-)

Thank goodness Sam will be gone. Hey she had her shot in SG1 leave her out of SGA. Samantha Carter does not belong, I liked her as a scientist but when she became the Commander I found her VERY annoying, that is not her place, General O\'Niel would do better then her. *sighs* Anyways.

I want Commander Weir back, She IS Atlantis.
