It looks like after the end of season 3 of Stargate Atlantis, it will take a new turn in season four after which something will happen with the Asurans (aka - Replicators). It is not known what will happen in season four as yet just that it will be different.

It has been hinted that the begining of season four will involve a small "reset", however as we don't know yet there isn't a need to judge it as a failure or otherwise until there is anymore information.

The season finale 'First Strike' will spin Atlantis in a new direction. "I don't want to give anything away, but what I think is the most brilliant thing we've done on Atlantis during the past three years will happen at the end of this episode." SG1 was the best sci fi TV series ever and they have the awards to prove it. I love Both SG1 and SGA and love the character cross over. For all those putting SG1 down remember it was the founder of SGA they went 8 years before SGA even came to light. Its your perogative not to like SG1 but there is no need for slaming a great show and its actors.
